Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vaelrik game, this support portal, and the related services operated by Vaelrik Studios. By creating an account or opening a ticket you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Vaelrik services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Vaelrik Studios. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

2.Who can use Vaelrik

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Vaelrik account, or older if your local law requires it. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

The services are not available to anyone previously banned from Vaelrik for a serious violation of these terms.

3.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secret and for everything that happens through your account. Never share your password — Vaelrik staff will never ask you for it.

Your Vaelrik account is licensed to you, not sold. You may not sell, rent, gift, trade, or otherwise transfer your account, characters, virtual items, or in-game currency to anyone else.

4.Acceptable conduct

While using Vaelrik you agree not to: cheat, exploit, use unauthorised third-party software or modifications, harass or threaten other players, transmit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these rules. Severe or repeated breaches may result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

5.Use of this support portal

Tickets you open through this portal are reviewed by Vaelrik support staff. By submitting a ticket you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that screenshots or attachments you upload are yours to share.

We may quote, paraphrase, or store the content of your ticket for the purpose of resolving your issue and improving the service. We will not publish your ticket or share it outside Vaelrik Studios without your consent.

6.Purchases, subscriptions, refunds

Some Vaelrik services are paid. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings or by opening a Billing ticket.

You may request a refund within 14 days of any one-off purchase, provided the digital content has not been substantially consumed (for example, gems that have not been spent). Refund requests are reviewed individually.

7.Suspensions and bans

We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have broken these terms. You will be told the reason, except when telling you would compromise an ongoing investigation or another player's safety.

You may appeal any ban by opening a Ban Appeal ticket through this portal. Every permanent ban is reviewed once on appeal. We aim to reply to appeals within 24 hours.

8.Disclaimers and liability

The Vaelrik services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced through the support portal or by email.

Your continued use of the services after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them you may stop using the services and close your account.

If there is a conflict between a translated version of these terms and the English version, the English version prevails.
